The Process

At your first fitting we will review the gown together. You will be able to tell me how it feels and what adjustments you would like. I can also advise my professional opinion and together we will make a plan. At this point we will book the rest of your fittings in as well as your final fit and collection date. You will also be given the estimated cost of the work to be carried out.

The first fitting can seem daunting, particularly if you’ve never had alterations before or if you’re on a weight loss journey. My job is to make you as comfortable as possible and I always ensure I listen to you to understand how you’re feeling in your gown. From pins to perfect…

On average I carry out 2-3 fittings for standard bridal alterations. At the final fitting your gown will have been steamed and finished and ready for you to take with you.
