Bridal Alterations

Bridal alterations can make a huge difference to your confidence on your special day. Whether you only need a hem shortened or require more complex alterations, the end result will be show-stopping!

Your first fitting will usually be around 8-10 weeks before your wedding date although for bespoke designs and reconstructions we will start much earlier.

Bridesmaids

Alterations for your bridesmaids are also available at Hayley McGhan Bridal. Bridesmaids will usually only need 1-2 fittings and can be carried out closer to the wedding date, 2-4 weeks before.

Flower Girls

Bespoke designs for your flower girl could be as simple as adding fabric cut-offs from your bridal gown or bridesmaids dresses. Alternatively you could opt for a completely bespoke design, complementing your gown. Prices for bespoke designs start at £300.

I have had the pleasure of not only altering bridal gowns for the perfect fit, but also re-designing them once they’ve been worn. Examples such as christening gowns for your little ones or even making your gown wearable as an eveningwear or occasion dress are possible.
